OUR REASON OF EXISTENCE

WE EXIST TO SUPPORT YOU IN FUNDING THE FIGHT FOR WILD RIVERS

Ánadröm's vision is to grow the Anadromous Endowment – a fund designed to grow in perpetuity for the protection of wild rivers that anadromous species and anglers depend upon.

OUR COMMITMENT

Our commitment is to donate 10% of every sale, to this endowment. This financial commitment is the reason of our existence and represents significant effort, but one that reflects our belief that anglers can be some of the most powerful allies in conservation.

THE ENDOWMENT

The endowment will be invested in perpetuity for anadromous species, with a minimum of 5% of its assets distributed annually to charities and projects that support river conservation and research for anadromous species. We will be transparent with our partners over the years, as we are just beginning this work, but we are hoping to support groups whose missions align with ours – in Canada and beyond.

Our hope is that, over time, the endowment grows large enough to also support impact investments that benefit anadromous species – such as Atlantic salmon –, rivers, and local communities – leveraging the endowment to increase its impact, both investing the money in solutions that contribute to the future of wild rivers and anadromous species, while distributing dividends every years to charities that undertake the vital active efforts.
